I contacted Kwik Glass after requiring a shower screen within 7 days. From the point of contact to install they were very good with communication and very helpful. I had my shower screen within the week , measure quote and install. Our shower screen looks fabulous and can not thank them enough for the short turn around . I had a rather difficult shower cubicle with uneven floors. After talking to Mr Tran I decided on a frameless shower screens. I have very high expectations of waterproofing. Nothing was too much trouble for Kwikglass. First they put extra silicon seal. Then more pvc around the screen door. I am very happy with the quick response from Kwikglass. It was all fixed in a week post installation.

Wow, amazing customer service especially during this awkward and disproportionate covid govt response. They listened to my expressed needs and replaced my shower screen within a week. Talk about Kwik!!! The quality is there and it looks sleek.

Lee came to the rescue, measured up and completed the installation for me within 5 days , all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the design, quality and workmanship but most importantly his commitment and promise to me that he would get the job done as soon as possible. Very impressed!

I was recommended Kwik Glass by the tile sealing company for an investment property. The team at Kwik Glass was professional and efficient from the beginning. Li came to quote on the job and was very honest about what my expectation should be and was even happy to refund me the deposit if I didn't want to go ahead as the original idea was to replace the current semi-framed shower. He patiently explained to me the different options and co-ordinated with tenants for installation. The job was well organised and efficient. When we had some minor issue with the job (not due to Kwik Glass). They were very understanding and patient and worked to help us resolve it. Will definitely recommend them for any glass jobs.

I had to get a special # odd size # piece of glass for my shower screen. I called and spoke to Nhi and explained my need, she was most helpfull and when I arrived with my template Lee understood my need and gave me the price and the time frame that i needed. It was delivered earlier than they said in perfect condition. Perfect service in this day and age is uncommon but these guys were perfect. Thanks Richard Smith
